Most of us have milk with our morning coffee, but if that milk is sustainable, it tastes much better. On this Lean project, I find out people’s interest in receiving fresh and sustainable vegetable and animal milk on their doorstep every morning.

Problem
Global warming has gravely affected our planet over the past decades, and we must do something to stop it. Another sustainability problem we have that isn’t heard so much about, like the pollution of our oceans and seas, or CO2 emissions into our atmosphere, is food waste.
So, how could I and my team provide users with locally produced eco-friendly products?
Solution
In Blanco y en Botella we offer milk, nothing more, nothing less. With our landing, we wanted to find out if there was an interest in users of Madrid to have eco-friendly animal and vegetable milk on their doorstep, and it may well be that we found out quickly that there was a real interest.
